1. Acceptance of Terms

6. Prohibited Activities

9. Account Termination Policy

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach our Terms, engage in fraud, or violate regional laws. Legitimate wallet balances will be settled upon completion of account verification.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings or disputes arising from platform use shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka.
